All artworks are packaged by LargeOilPainting and follow a standardized packaging process.

Ships in a tube

(For canvas only) The item will arrive rolled in a high-quality hard paper tube. This method is especially safe for oversized artworks and also reduces shipping costs. Rolled canvases can be easily stretched (mounted onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon delivery, we highly recommend taking any works on paper directly to a professional framer for careful and expert unrolling.

Ships in a cardboard box

(Small-sized artwork, stretched or framed) The item will be shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We ensure that all artworks are packaged to meet our high standards. You can expect your piece to arrive safely with ample protective materials to secure it during transit from LargeOilPainting to your home.

Ships in a crate

(Large-sized artwork, stretched or framed) The item will be shipped in a custom-built wooden crate. These crates are designed for shipping art worldwide and are built with strict specifications. The interior contains protective materials that keep the artwork securely in place during transit, and the crate is tightly sealed to ensure maximum safety.

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact largeoilpainting@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact largeoilpainting@gmail.com or log into your account if you need to cancel your order.

We use DHL, FedEx, UPS.

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Absolutely! Artismore organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.

For PayPal account holders,up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account.

For credit card refunds.between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

We pack all paintings in strong Paper tube very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:

Please ask courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.

Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.

If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above.

Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.
